So the other day, as you saw, I posted something 2d... and frankly, it's the best 2d work I've done to date by leaps and bounds.

I really think it's an art style that would work for Artimis & Zeb as a whole. Problem is that just cause 3 little sketches turned out nice doesn't suddenly make me GOOD at drawing.

I dunno this is a sore spot for me... I love 2d animation... the 3d stuff is ok, but these days it's overdone and 2d is going the way of the dinosaurs and it's rather depressing to be part of that problem. Give me Dexter's Lab or Fairly Odd Parents over Jimmy Neutron ANY DAY.

Anyway, since my short term goal is to make a web comic I guess 3d isn't exactly overdone HERE... but I dunno... part of me really thinks I should teach myself to go oldschool.

I don't know... I really don't know. I guess the grass is always greener. I'm figuring it out... I suppose I'm better at drawing than I give myself credit (since I give myself NONE) but I don't think I could ever carry a comic as 2d. And I'm not even sure I should try... 3d is my specialty, whether I want it to be or not. I guess there isn't much use griping about what I can and can't do, and just push forward regardless.
