Arthur is kinda an absolute mess of a person. He's kinda unapologeticly evil as all hell... but he really doesn't care.
He'll kill because it's simpler than keeping prisoners.
He'll torture, but if it doesn't work, so what?
Really... just... whatever.

He has no motivation, and I think that's what's scariest about him. He is completely without morals, and when things are going smoothly he seems like a very normal person. But he WILL kill, and he won't give a crap.
