What can I really say... Kolt is a freak.

Why was he ordered not to use his weapons? It's too soon for me to comment on that, but I will draw further attention to that fact by commenting on it... wait... what?
And as I put it in the alt text joke on the main site: "I think my art style is the only thing keeping this from being straight up horrifying right now" As always I'm filled with very scary ideas, but I never go too far out of my way to present those ideas as if they were scary. But I kinda think that if this scene was done in live action or something it wouldn't be out of place in a horror movie.
